Notice to Patients
At Renova Aesthetics Institute, we are committed to providing you with exceptional care and service. To ensure that your procedure is scheduled promptly and that the quoted price is honored, please take note of the following:
- Deposit and Final Payment
In order to secure your scheduled surgery date and guarantee the quoted price, a minimum deposit of $250 is required at the time of your Initial Evaluation. Furthermore, all outstanding fees, including the final payment for the procedure, must be fully settled at least two weeks prior to your surgery date. If any balance remains unpaid, the scheduled surgery date may be subject to cancellation. - Financing
Renova Aesthetics Institute accepts various payment methods, including financing options. If you choose to finance your procedure, please be aware that your financing company may impose additional payment requirements prior to the start or completion of your surgery. Additionally, the cost of your procedure may be subject to change based on terms provided by your lender. Financing companies are independent entities with their own policies and guidelines, which are beyond the control of Renova Aesthetics Institute. - Independent Contractors
Renova Aesthetics Institute works in collaboration with a network of highly qualified plastic surgeons and healthcare professionals, all of whom provide services as independent contractors. While Renova Aesthetics Institute schedules and coordinates the medical care and support staff necessary for your procedure, please be aware that the healthcare professionals involved in your treatment operate under their own practices and contracts.
